Dingle Whiskey Single Pot Still Batch 3
The third release of the Dingle Single Pot Still has been matured in a combination of Bourbon and Port casks.
A fine balance of sweetness and spice. Intense freeze dried berry fruits combined with a hint of chilli infused dark chocolate provides a luxurious texture. This whiskey is full bodied and well balanced. On the nose redcurrant and desiccated coconut aromas give way to a baked toffee apple bursting with caramelised juicy raisins.
The finish is warm and long. Treacle toffee laced with ginger dissolves slowly on the tongue.
