Returns and refunds

This policy applies to orders placed at www.drinkshero.com. DrinksHero is a trading name of Bgal Ltd (CRO 377309). It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name, other than the courier) receive it. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, tell us before the 14 days are up: email hello@drinkshero.com with your name, order number and the items you are returning. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.

Then send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us. Please pack bottles securely in their original packaging if you still have it.

Return postage: You pay the cost of sending the items back. The cost depends on where you are sending from, so we'll let you know the return postage when you contact us to arrange your return.

Condition: you may handle an item as you would in a shop. If an item's value is reduced because it was handled more than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

What can't be returned after a change of mind

• Bottles whose seal you have broken or that have been opened. Sealed food and drink can't be returned once unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used.

Sale and discounted items have the same 14-day right as full-price items.

Damaged, leaking, faulty or wrong item?

Please check your delivery when it arrives and email hello@drinkshero.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours. That helps us claim from the courier, but it doesn't limit your legal rights. We will replace the item or give a full refund, including delivery costs, and we will cover the cost of returning it if we need it back.

Refunds

If you cancel, we refund everything you paid for the returned items, including standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. We refund within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait until we have received the items back, or until you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever is first. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and we don't charge any fee. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
