The fifth small batch single malt release to come from the Dingle Distillery which has been matured in ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Madeira casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at the Dingle Distillery.

Style Triple Distilled Single Malt
Nose The influence of the bourbon cask is immediately obvious. Crème brulee, salted caramel and molten honeycomb bombard the senses.
Palate The heavyweight PX and Madeira casks punch through with sun dried raisins, creamy blossom honey and tiramisu laced with vanilla.

 Ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Madeira casks
