A 28-Year-old Single pot still Bottling that is a comprised of 4 different Casks
Single Port Still distilled in 1989, matured in ex-bourbon and re casked into a Ruby Port cask in 1995
Single Pot Still distilled in 1991 and matured in second-fill ex-bourbon
Single Pot Still distilled in 1991 and matured in second-fill ex-bourbon
Single Pot Still distilled in 1991, matured in ex-bourbon, and re-casked in 2011 into a Sherry butt.
The four components were then married together in that Original Ruby Port cask for an additional 105 days.
The End Result is that we have a whiskey with plenty of flavour bursting through with the influence of the fortified wine.
