Another spectacular single cask Redbreast. Cask #42966 was an ex-oloroso sherry hogshead that was laid down all the way back in 1991. Spending 25 years exclusively in ex-sherry this is truly a site to behold. Bottled exclusively for the travel retail sector under their Irish Whiskey Collection series. This is one of the oldest single casks of Redbreast on the market, while also being one of the few to have been matured exclusively in ex-sherry. Yielding just 630 bottles coming in at 53.2 %.
