Nose
Richly scented vanilla with floral and herbal notes; orchard fruits build with ripe apple and sweet pear, while pot still spices and nuanced American oak add cinnamon, clove, fresh-mown hay, toffee and heather honey.
Palate
Silky smooth and luscious — tropical peach and nectarine with crème brûlée, toffee apple and chocolate-dipped honeycomb; floral grain and full-bodied pot still spices balanced by charred oak.
Finish
