Nose
Elegant and refined from the first pour. Sweet orchard fruits—caramelised apple and ripe pear—lead the way, layered with creamy vanilla, honeycomb and soft toffee. Gentle herbal notes of fresh mint and delicate florals mingle with warm baking spices and toasted oak.

Palate
Silky and beautifully balanced. Sweet grain and pot still spice combine to deliver flavours of honeyed malt, citrus peel and soft stone fruits. Hints of white pepper and nutmeg add complexity, while rich vanilla, treacle and sugar-glazed fruits build depth as the whiskey opens in the glass.

Finish
Long and warming. The fruit sweetness slowly fades, leaving lingering oak, delicate spice and a touch of caramelised sugar that echoes long after the final sip.
