Bombay’s classic gin with the bright taste of freshly squeezed Mediterranean lemons.

Bombay Citron Pressé takes its inspiration from the Tom Collins: gin, lemon, a touch of sweetness and a long pour of soda. The lemons are hand-picked early in the Mediterranean season, when their zest is at its sharpest, then hand-peeled and made into a 100% natural lemon infusion. That infusion is blended with Bombay’s vapour-infused gin and its familiar botanicals: juniper, coriander, cubeb berries and grains of paradise.

The result is a gin that tastes of real lemon, fresh and juicy rather than sweet-shop, with the juniper and spice of the classic Bombay underneath. There’s no added sugar, and the pale colour comes naturally from the fruit.

How to serve

• Pressé & Tonic: over plenty of ice with tonic water and a lemon wheel
• Pressé & Soda: a lighter, drier long drink with soda water
• Tom Collins: gin, fresh lemon juice and a little sugar syrup, topped with soda over ice
