What to expect in the glass
Nose
An intricate medley of nectarines, ripe melon, green apple and apricot over pot still spices of fresh ginger and crushed peppercorns; dried flowers, golden syrup, vanilla, honeycomb and freshly roasted coffee beans.
Palate
Luscious succulent fruits with a distinctive creaminess and a chamomile-like herbal quality; pot still spices weave through floral grain notes as the charred oak builds candied orange and dried apricot complexity.
Finish
Fruits and pot still spices build to a crescendo before giving way — the final say belongs to the oak tannins and antique grain whiskey.
